Embedded, Zero-Configuration Database (Hypersonic)

The server installer comes with support for the Hypersonic embedded database.  This in-memory database is perfect for trials where you want to get up-and-running as easily as possible.

Using this database requires no configuration.  When the server installer asks for the database type, simply select "Embedded."

The standard database migration technique works with all databases, so it's possible to move all your data from the embedded database into a "real" database at any time.
