The "Enterprise Organization" feature allows you to specify your organization's hierarchy, so reviews can be attributed to a specific part of the organization. To make use of this feature, first decide how you wish to break down the organization. Then, for each category at the lowest level, specify, the complete organizational breakdown above that category, with each level separated by the pipe ('|') character.
For example, an organization that breaks down by area, group, and product might look something like the following:
Area I|Group 1|Product A
Area I|Group 1|Product B
Area I|Group 2|Product C
Area II|Group 3|Product D
You may have as many levels of hierarchy as you wish, but it is recommended that only the levels that are interesting for reporting purposes are maintained in this list.
Once you have filled out and saved the "Enterprise Organization" form, a combo-box will appear when creating future reviews. Use this combo-box to specify your organization's part or project. You may type in the combo-box for auto-complete supported entry, or click the arrow to select from the list.
